Our client in the tyre industry seeks to engage a Branch Admin for their Bulawayo branch. Your role will be to maintain helpful customer service, answer telephones, process payments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements
  • Reporting incorrect policies and procedures
  • Monitoring and reporting outstanding cash sales
  • Co-ordinating cashier functions
  • Ensuring document filing compliance
  • Ordering stationary for department
  • Liaising with Stores on proper receiving and despatching of stock as per laid down procedures
  • Monitoring proper utilisation of Delivery Note & Proforma Invoice books
  • Liaising with Sales staff and Stores
  • Submitting reports
