Traditionally, most valuations only compensate for the tangible and marketable aspects such as improvements of health and safety to a property and improvements of quality of building materials used. Since we are SHEQ Certified we are now the first Real Estate Firm to offer Sustainable Valuation which is in line with the Global Standards. Our valuation reports now encompasses environmental valuation and they compensate for such alterations in environmental conditions. Sustainable valuation therefore recognises the economic value of a property by uniting the tangible and directly used parts or components of a structure and the intangible uses. In this field, this surely sets us apart from the rest.

Integrated Properties further undertakes to produce reports that are consistent with international valuation practices as provided for in the International Valuation Standards (IVS 2011) and the RICS Red Book. Integrated Properties also undertakes to abide by and adhere to the Code of Ethical Principles for Professional Valuers as published by the International Valuation Standards Council (2011).
