These are in the form of potato cold room , banana cold rooms, abattoir,avocado cold rooms,mortuaries e.t.c and the save the same purpose of preserving the product to the required temperature.We normally put a temperature gauge out side the cold room so that it becomes easy to see the temperature from out side and linking it with the thermometer inside the cold room that shows the product temperature.This is very secure as a client can simply pick a problem if it occurs before the produce is disturbed.This can also be digital.
