MISSION:
To raise the level of awareness about the advantages of white meat from domestic rabbits,indigenous chickens/road runners, domestic guinea fowls, duck and turkeys as a low cholesterol source of protein.
Description
A demonstration community project to promote the rearing of indigenous chickens, guinea fowls, turkeys, ducks and rabbits on limited backyard space started in 2009 by a Harare doctor with a passion for eco-culture to promote GMO free white meat.

PARADISE
This project is a brain child of a HARARE doctor with a passion for community development. It is a demonstration project for the efficient use of dormant underutilized backyard pieces of land for the production of indigenous and novel birds such as guinea fowls, indigenous chickens/ road runners, duck, turkey etc. He started off with rabbits in 1998 during his vacations from medical school in South Africa. The organic mature generated from the rabbits and birds is used to grow a variety of vegetables. Some people want/like the various animals for use as pets (something that is highly recommended to teach a sense of caring and responsibility in children and teens). Besides it may just help parents to get them off the computer and internet obsession.
OBJECTIVES:
1) To empower communities through alternative poultry management targeted at the more discerning, high end consumer-who wish to reduce "broiler" meat.
2) To promote organic/GMO free white meats as a major source of protein.
