They never delivered my bags...i was a student coming back home after graduating
Used this airline in september untill today they never brought my bagsnow they are telling me
They cant compaste me for all three bags i did not pay for extra kgs wat kind of bullshit is that....never use this airline...thieves thieves..is that how they treat people if it is its not good people soon wulk stop using your airline....its so heartbreaking losing everything...6 years abroad and finaly coming home and the airline lose your bags...and thry dont pick up their phones..this is so unfair...and soooo heatbreaking....

USELESS!!!!!!
It’s been 5 DAYS since my daughter arrived on the flight from Addis to Harare. Her bag is missing. Insurance tracker says it arrived on Friday.

I have been cheated by ethiopian airlines. False advertising. They get u to sign up for sheba miles and never credit the account. I flew business class 3 times and they have reneged on their promise
