your services a getting poorer and poorer everyday how can u just change the years for one to get her new glasses without any notice this is rubbish

we had a horrible experience on sat the 15 th March 2014, it was the night staff from the doc who could not even have the cutersy to explain condition of my mother, to the nurses who just sit at the reception over 10 people in a small reception, talking gossip, instead of assisting patients, and this is supposed to be the casualty. And they couldnt give my mother a bed, and the so called premier medical aid card, cant be used anywhere except at their rubbish hospitals and you have people like Dube pocketing over $300 000.00 per month, where is people's morals. This is criminal.
