TelOne has the widest network coverage in Zimbabwe anchored on its robust backbone infrastructure, fibre, satellite and traditional copper, which has seen connectivity in every corner of the country becoming a reality. I’ve been trying to get WiFi for 2 years now
Not happy with Ruwa branch service. For almost 2 years we’ve been going up and down, applying for WiFi. All we get told is they haven’t been able to import cables. Yet 4 other people in my neighborhood have had cables and their WiFi installed yet we have been trying from way before them. Won’t mention why I think they don’t want to help us publicly. But please can HQ see to this issue. Our area has bad network so other internet service companies are not an option

Customer from Hatfield. I requested to have my bundles changed from a previous modem that had gone faulty after being struck by lightning. The area manager has refused should my money just go to waste after paying 188 rtgs

Not happy with your services
M not happy with yr services especially internet,it has not been working since l paid for it on 3dec 2018 up to now.l have been reporting to marondera offices but to no avail.they keep saying the internet is down,but to some other houses working.honestly lam not happy .l struggle everyday to connet to the internet.pliz help me.
