I have an accident claim mc/17/09/50 submitted to your nelson mandela road and it has been outstanding since september. Is it not the case that you as a company should cry to us for business but on the contrary I, as a customer, am crying for service every day. This is not good business conduct especially considering I have been your customer for a long time.

Regal Insurance does your landline ******** work? Been trying to call several times there is no acknowledgement.
@Tendai... My claim is from 2014 and has not been paid. Its excuse after excuse. When you try and follow up or get an update I do assure you that you will be more disgruntled and angry. The staff do not respond well especially Finance/ Accounting person. On a scale of 0- 10 I would give them a rating of 0. Its really bad business going on there
How much does the third party insurance cover the adverse car when my car hit it.
Why is it that the Company takes so long to make payment even after receiving all the necessary documents. A claim was made in February 2017 and up to this date 2 October 2017 the payment has not been made.
