I travelled with the bus to South Africa on 08 June 2012 and had my worst experience. The air condition was not working and it was more like we were in a cold room and efforts to get it sorted with the drivers proved futile. It was also leaking. Unfortunately I bought a return ticket, on my way back from Pretoria to Harare we travelled for almost 22hours that is departure on 11 June and arrival 12June 2014. We were supposed to depart at 2045hours but only departed at around 2200hours and no one explains the delay. On stopping the drivers tell you 15minutes but means 30minutes to them. It was frustrating considering its a luxury private coach.
