I had been with the organisation in excess of 9 years working both at operational and strategic level.     -Does perform the duty of employee file analysis as a base for succession planning on a yearly basis.
    -Documents all proceedings of a hearing and assist the committee on technical areas of need.
    -Submission of statutory returns on a monthly basis and reconciliation with regulators.
    -Counseling sessions to employees on matters affecting them be they personal or work related.
    -Recruitment and selection as and when assigned to do so by the supervisor.
