    A. Cash and Bank
    1. Post payments and deposits into ACCPAC every month.
    2. Update cashbook on a daily basis.
    3. Reconcile Unit petty cash monthly and will follow up and resolve any anomalies detected.
    4. Prepare unit bank reconciliations.

    • Perform weekly and monthly stock counts

    1. Production of the unit trial balance by the 6th of every month
    2. Assist the Accountant in preparing unit management accounts that include the balance sheets, profit and loss statement, trial balances and other management reports by the 7th of every month.
    3. With the Accountant prepare weekly finance report.
    D. Creditors Management
    1. Receive and process all supplier invoices on a monthly basis.
    2. Ensure that supplier invoices are received and posted in the ACCPAC monthly.
    3. Receive and reconcile creditor’s statements monthly.
    4. Prepare the creditors aged analysis every month and will follow up on outstanding invoices monthly
    E. Audit
    1. Assist the Accountant to prepare audit files by 10th of every month.
    2. With the Accountant attend to internal and external audit requirements

    • Performing daily banking of all money collected
    • Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and
