Network and Hardware Administrator

 Responsible for the availability, reliability, stability and security of the WAN, LAN, WLAN and VLAN through troubleshooting, monitoring and optimization,
 Proactively monitor performance associated with NetApp SAN and Managing the VMware vSphere environment and relations with connected servers
 Installing and maintaining the Local Area Networks and Wide Area Network, WLAN, VLAN
 Network Security Firewall Management Sophos & ASA and Anti-Virus server/clients administration
 Control of Upgrades and Patches
 Installing new hardware and software (servers, printers, computer workstations)
 Maintains service level agreements with our internal clients and external service providers
 Training and supporting users on challenging Information Technology related matters
