STOCK TAKING
• Conduct stock takes monthly to ensure all inventory is accounted for thus avoiding loss on the part of the organization.
• Before stock take sheets are printed for accountability purpose and future reference
• Re counting of the stock if the counts are not tallying as per request.
• Receive inter branch transfer from branches to account for all products that have been transferred across the branches.
• Report any discrepancies from the stock take process to facilitate any action to correct the anomalies.

ADMINSTRATIVE DUTIES
• Inspect the shop's appearance daily in the morning to ensure good imagery of the organization is maintained.
• ensure adequate and effective administrative processes are in place to support operations. This include facilities management so as to provide a conducive environment to oparate and create a positive image of the organization.
• Responsible for petty cash disbursements after allocation.
• Prepare quotation to customers on products as per request.
• Manage inventory office supplies including maintaining adequate level of stock to avoid stock out that will affect day to day operations.
• Responsible for responding to operational questions for stakeholders and clients.
