ACCOUNTS CLERK

• Accurately and timely processing of creditors’ invoices and payments
• Maintaining accurate and filing up to date supplier records
• Reconciling supplier statements and resolving outstanding issues
• Ensuring that creditors are paid in accordance with agreed terms
• Ensuring that creditors reconciliations are done before payment

• Collect cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts to customers.
• Deal with returns and refunds as necessary
• Maintain cash control over register drawer and verify amounts are correct.
• Answer customer questions as they arise.
