     Installing and repairing Admin ICT equipment such as desktop PCs, printers, laptops for more than 300 users.
     Identifying user hardware and software requirements, sourcing the equipment or software and distributing to the relevant users.
     Update the Inventory Records in the Asset management system.
     Managing user accounts on systems including Payroll system, the Domain Controller, creating, deleting user accounts, resetting user passwords.
     Configuring and installing the LAN and wireless network and connecting devices to the network using network devices.
     Setting up and configuring email accounts on Google Suite and MS Outlook.
     Anti-Virus installation and maintenance for more than 400 devices.
     Installing, maintaining and upgrading the Sage Evolution Pastel, Belina Payroll and Tomcat systems
     Train end users on the systems including Windows OS, MS Office Packages and Helpdesk system.
     Attend to user queries by visiting them or via the phone or email and meeting the 24hrs resolution time set for medium to complex issues.
     Scheduling daily data backups on SQL Server Management or the Genie Backup Software and transferring them to an offsite environment for offsite storage.
     Recovering and restoring data
     Maintaining WSUS server to ensure all client machines have updated security patches and Windows Service Packs.
     Maintain a suitable server room environment with optimal air temperatures.
     Ensure there is back up of power, UPS systems for all servers and some client machines, which are critical.
