Senior Laboratory Technician

1. Ensuring that laboratory activities comply with all food safety regulations (ISO 22005: 2007
standards).
2. Maintaining and preparing reports for management review of chemicals, reagents, solutions, and
equipment on a monthly basis.
3. Supervising, evaluating, and nurturing subordinates.
4. Educating plant operators on appropriate laboratory processes, procedures, and techniques.
5. Ensuring that the organization meets HACCP guidelines.
6. Checking the consistency of the boiler waters and offers technical assistance if there are any
problems.

2. Compiling daily, weekly, monthly and annual laboratory reports in specified forms (paper and
electronic) with accuracy.
3. Observed strict laboratory hygiene rules and procedures to eliminate any contaminated samples.
