Project management for Mechanical services
(fire services, HVAC, boiler and steam lines, water and sewer reticulation system, kitchen equipment, medical gases, laundry equipment, incinerators and etc.)
• Renovating plant equipment and related infrastructure
• Maintenance of Government buildings and plant equipment
• Preparing of specifications and designs for projects.
• Preparing tender documents and adjudication of tenders
• Engaging contractors and monitoring their progress at all times
• Managing and coordinating direct and contract projects
• Giving technical advice to line ministries and local authorities
• Making sure designs comply with standard regulations and by laws, SAZ
• Carrying out quality assessment on Mechanical Services and AutoCAD drawings
• Responsible for matters of compliance to the Factory and Works Act
• Designing of mechanical engineering services Making design alterations on existing equipment and buildings
• Inspection, installation and commissioning of mechanical projects (Construction and Maintenance) and processing payment certificates
