• Creation of procedures and policies that ensure the timely payments of debtors’ accounts
• Initiating internet banking
• Provision of yardsticks towards financial risk management and expediting processes to meet activity deadlines
• Review payment worksheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Reconciling creditors’ accounts on monthly basis.
• Day to day dealing with outstanding items and queries on supplier accounts.
• Checking the adherence of debtors towards tax regulatory authorities.
• Maintaining a health creditors' ledger through reducing over-payments of accounts.
• Sending account supporting documents to suppliers.
• Ensure that journal mis-posts, omissions and errors are corrected appropriately before closure of each month.
• Provision of ad hock reporting as when requested by top management.
