Conducting and tracking Forex Auction bids
Evaluating and reporting new developments on fiscal policy publications and their impact on company financial performance.
Verification of financial transactions (checking supporting documents for cash payments and Bank transfers)
Overseeing creditors department and cashiers
Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations and management reports.
Acquittal of Bills of Entry

Preparation of foreign payments and updating bills of entry control
Preparation of monthly management reports and creditors age analysis
Verification of VAT reconciliation file
Verification of Creditors reconciliations
Ensuring suppliers conform to ZIMRA requirements before payments are made (e.g. Tax Clearance Certificates)
Posting of invoices onto Pastel Partner
Supervising Creditor’s Clerks

Weekly projection of cash inflows
Investigating and resolving customers account discrepancies
Follow-ups on overdue customers account
Monthly Debtors confirmation forms
Updating of credit files
Preparation of monthly debtors age analysis and management reports

Daily cash flow forecast
Daily payment of suppliers (Internet banking, manual RTGS and cash).
Posting of payments and invoices onto Sage Pastel.
Preparation of creditors reconciliations and suppliers age analysis
Preparation of ZIMRA Vat Reconciliations
Disbursement of petty cash to other departments
