 Credit check for all loan applicants through loan management system
 Reconciliation accurately record of inputs received and disbursed inputs by field officers
 To file grower records and maintain confidentiality of documents
 Data collection at tobacco auction floors
 To capture data into computer or input proper loan information into the system for processing
 To make reports as requested by superiors
 Maintain operations by following procedures and reporting any changes needed
 To verify entered data, reviewing it, correcting and eliminating duplication
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed by superiors
 To register farmers
 Capture grower estimates
 Safe keep all TICS documents (Ipo books, receipts books, delivery note books)
 Receiving and dispatching of inputs at the warehouse
 Taking stock of inputs in the warehouse
