Trainee manager

I was responsible of supervising team workers within pultry sections and also the farm at large. I undertook different courses in partnership with Irvine's as part of the training and this include vaccination and sampling programs. At the farm, i partipated in clerical work, egg collection, egg grading, preparing eggs for hatchery, cattle dosing and dipping, catching, placing new flocks of birds to and from rearing units and i was involved in delegating farm tasks. I was also involved in reporting farm progress reports and also assisting the senior supervisor
