H R Training Officer/ SHEQ Management Systems Lead Auditor

o Responsible with the administration and implementation of the various Strategic Human Resources Management functions including, Recruitment and Selection, Training And Development, Performance Management and Job Evaluation.
o Conducts training needs assessment and the designing of training programs & recommend appropriate trainings.
o Play a key role in the organization’s strategic business meetings, workshops and seminars.
o Has proven ability to function as a Strategic HR Business Partner in developing and implementing successful HRM Strategies, policies and procedural documentation to support the overall strategic corporate mandate.
o Effectively interprets HRM Policies, Procedures, guidelines and Industrial Relations issues both management and staff.
Key responsibilities in Quality Assurance.
o Develops SHEQ audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk and test objectives.
o Lead routine audits, audit teams and making recommendations on audit team performance and personal development.
o Gathers and analyses audit evidence, making professional judgments about quality outcomes and compliance with the SHEQ Management Systems Requirements.
o Ensures audit conclusions are based on a complete understanding of the process, circumstances, and risk.
o Prepare accurate, clear and succinct reports on audit findings and make appropriate recommendations for future strategic action, in accordance with SHEQ requirements.
o Maintains accurate and comprehensive records of audit activities, findings and decisions, in line with policies and procedures.
o Provides guidance and support to senior management & other members of the team including new auditors and the external auditors under contract to the organization.
