• Oversaw the administration of examinations as well as the logistics of distributing the examination question papers to all 5 examination centres.
• Supervised and ensured the production of authentic examination papers and examinations in conjunction with examiners, moderators, presenters and dissertation supervisors.
• Managed a database of 15 000 inactive students and 3000 active students whilst offering and providing support and counselling to students.
• Monitored expenses in the Academic department and ensure that we operate within the stipulated budget.
• Supervised the training and membership department and ensure proper management of membership records and files on Intellectus system and Manual backup system.
• Administered student exemptions applications and Continuous Professional Development Courses (CPD’s).
• Supervised 25 examiners, moderators, presenters and dissertation supervisors to the HR and programmes manager for recruitment and selection.

• Identified, analysed, designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated training needs and provided appropriate solutions.
• Introduced online classes for the students during the Covid 19 pandemic in 2020 for students who were not able to attend face to face lectures.
• Compiled monthly training reports and liaised with branch administrators on training programmes and administered exemptions.
• Managed student development plans (Training Calendar) and organised continuous professional and development programmes.
• Oversaw the recruitment and placement of examiners, moderators, presenters and dissertation supervisors.

• Ensured compliance with the requirements of internal, external and industry standards and regulations and customer requirements.
• Met and satisfied all regulatory requirements by the ISO 9001:2015 Standards in every audit carried out through verifying the extend to which these requirements were fulfilled.
• Gained competitive advantage in the market through implementation of quality management systems and acquired MOUs with other Universities such as NUST and ZOU after being ISO Certified.
• Improved the membership subscriptions graph and gained a fair market value in terms of membership enrolment and retainment due to continuous improvement of the Quality Management Systems.
• Improved the quality of examinations and trainings offered by the Institute in the academic department through recruiting highly competent staff.
• Presented audit findings to the management and made follow up of the audits to monitor the managements' intervention.
