Offered counseling to 20 Ordinary Level student who had dropped out of school before their final exams because of drug abuse and they managed to sit for their exams.
Increased mathematics pass rate from 50% to 90% at Epworth high in 2021.
Participating in Mathematics Zimsec marking sessions since 2020.
Welcomes and looks after groups of children from various nationalities with different ages.
Promotes and organises children’s activities (games, sport activities, Clubs.) whilst building trust with their parents.
Engages children of all ages, promoting interaction between them.
Determines the activities to initiate based on the ages and the needs of the children assigned to participate in the scheduled activity.
Works in a team and organises teen’s activities in a safe and responsible way.
Helps in delivering an all-round enjoyable and fun learning experience to all Learners, achieving a high score on the customer satisfaction surveys.
Organizes field trips and escorts learners to districts games, competitions.

Communicates with parents in a tactful and courteous manner and handle queries from them to generate high level of comfort
Acts as a role model for the learners with regards to leadership, friendliness, honesty, diplomacy, fair play, sportsmanship and open mindedness.
Working knowledge of computers, internet access and able to navigate within a variety of software packages such as excel, word and power point.
Intervenes when a conflict arises or when a child needs extra attention or assistance in order to enjoy the activities.
Introduced WhatsApp lessons during the COVID-19 lockdown at Highfield 2 High school and it was adopted bt the school
