 Posting and reconciliation of 16
Cash books and 3 Petty Cash books
 Preparing and submitting all
banking related documentations.
 Preparation of Auction bids and
WBWS payments.
 Preparation of Statutory payments and
their reconciliation eg VAT, PAYE,NSSA etc
Processing month end/year end
journals and reconciliation of
control accounts
 Assist in the preparation of
management accounts and final
accounts
 Assist with creditors and debtors
monthly reconciliations
 Assist with audit preparations and
queries

Assisting in the preparation of
management accounts
 Assisting in the preparation of final
accounts
 Performing monthly bank
reconciliations
 Posting and payments in cash book
 Reconciliation of all cash book
 Preparation of cashflows forecasts and
budgets
 Creditors and Debtors reconciliations
 Processing bank and cash payments
 Assist in Statutory payments and
reconciliation e.g VAT, NSSA, QPDs
etc
 Carrying out monthly payroll review
Attending to any other duties as
assigned by the finance office

 Preparing financial statements
 Capturing receipts and payments
 Preparing loan repayment schedules
 Processing journals
 Maintaining a register of loans and
stand beneficiaries
 Attending to internal audit queries
 Attending to any other work as assigned
by the accountant
 Processing loan repayment by
employees
