A Financial Services in the Northern Suburbs is looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager to act as the first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls. You will be required to support client accountants or payroll department in the coordination of statutory returns sent into ZIMRA or other third parties as well as carry out any other administrative duties.

Requirements
  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients competently
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager / executive
  • Reminding the manager / executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and office filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems
  • Collating and filing
  • Taking actions points and writing minutes
  • Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment
  • Supporting client accountants or payroll department in the co-ordination of statutory returns sent into ZIMRA or other third parties
