Our agricultural client is looking for a candidate who can efficiently assist with moving product out of the country with as minimal cost as possible regarding logistics, paperwork, packaging and product handling.

Education LevelDiploma Level
QualificationsBusiness Administration or similar
SoftwareMS Office
Knowledge OfAdministration
Skills ToChase funds from European and other markets
Ability ToCalculate prices back to the farmers and make the actual payments
Requirements
  • Maintain legal business obligations
  • Maintain good communication with farms and markets
  • Keep meticulous records
  • Keep payments up to date
  • Invoice customers
  • Organise logistics of outgoing products
  • Submit relevant CD1s
  • Acquittal of relevant CD1s
  • Develop and monitor the companies brand image
  • Monitor packaging stocks
  • Monitor product quality
  • Submit relevant claims as and when required
  • Develop new markets when required
  • Monitoring product traceability and complaints / claims
  • Updating and refreshing compliance
