A beer-brewing organisation is looking to fill the role of Assistant Accountant. You will be responsible for completing basic bookkeeping, clerical and accounting tasks for the company.

QualificationsAccounting degree / ACCA / CIMA / other relevant qualification
SoftwareExcel / Any other Accounting software
Knowledge OfIFRS / Stocks / Costing
Skills ToInvestigate and identify causes of variances
Ability ToWork under pressure with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • Inventory management including leading stock counts
  • Processing production batches in the system
  • Checking that internal stock requisitions are processed
  • Running production variance reports and reconciliations
  • Preparing weekly production reports
  • Analysing costs in the system
  • Assisting in the preparation of management reports
  • Canteen costs management
