An established organisation seeks a trust worthy and detail oriented Creditors Clerk to join their busy team. The incumbent will be responsible for the creditors function of the organisation and ensuring that creditors are paid accurately and timeously. The position requires processing of reconcilliations againts suplliers statemets, capturing invoices and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Capturing stock in the system using stock d.notes/invoices, issuing RTS and IBTs as requested by the Receiving Department
  • Capturing stock in the system using stock d.notes/invoices, issuing RTS’ and IBTs as requested by the Receiving Department
  • Reconcile GRVs to invoices
  • Ensure invoices comply with ZIMRA regulations and are accurately captured in Sage on a daily basis
  • Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Vaitive Trading’s policies and procedures
  • Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Vaitive Trading’s policies and procedures
  • Respond to all queries relating to payments
  • Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers
  • Deal with queries from creditors payments
  • Deal with queries from creditors payments
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior
