Plastisol (standard screen printing method): The standard printing method for typical screen printed t-shirts is printing with plastisol based ink. Using this printing style is the most economical printing solution resulting in a durable print that lasts as long as the apparel it is printed on.
Plastisol ink is recommended for custom screen printing and t-shirt printing for corporate apparel, artwork with vibrant colours, pantone matching, uniforms or sport teams. We offer plastisol screen printing on all types of garments up to (8) colors on light colored garments and (6) colors on dark colored garments.
