We have noted with great concern that mostly residential home owners neglect their properties to the extend that when they want to dispose off their investment/home , their asking price will be weighed down by simple defects. If those things were in place, the aspiring home owner will have less defects to point at that will ultimately reduce the price of the investment. The facilities audit report will give the owner a professional advice on the state of the investments and recommendations of an action plan to be adopted. The report will also give a client a budget overview which shall be further broken down into a planned maintenance action plan . The action plan shall have short and long time plan prioritised budget.
