This service is aimed at both the local but mostly the diaspora community who want to sell
products in Zimbabwe but have store, staff or knowledge of how to run a business in
Zimbabwe. However, with Koki Warehouse Fulfillment, they do not need any of those things.
All they simply have to do is send us their goods, from wherever they are, we receive them
and store them in our warehouses. Once they make a sell, they can let us know the
recipient’s address and we will simply grab the product from the warehouse and deliver it to
the client’s doorstep all for the standard Doorstep express delivery charge.
The users of the fulfillment service can utilize their own social media platforms to market their
goods and services but for stock management, we require them to have a store on our
website so that they can tally their stocks against purchases.
