We provide ESIA services for all developmental projects in-line with EMA requirements. According to the EMA Act Chapter 20: 27 of 2002, read together with the Statutory Instrument (SI) 7 of 2007, all developmental projects with a potential to harm the environment/ prescribed projects should undergo an ESIA process and should be granted an ESIA/ EIA certificate before the commencement of the project on the ground. It is a serious offense to undertake a prescribed project without an ESIA certificate from EMA. At Greenspace, we help our clients to comply with EMA requirements.
