Question for Zupco

I was involved in an RTA in A Zupco bus and submitted a Police/Doctor's to a Mr Chinyandura on the 20th of October last year 2016, up to now I have not received any positive response from him. Every time I phone him he asks me to phone him "tomorrow" Please I need to know what happens thereafter before I seek legal advice.
