Review of N Richards & Co Wholesalers Zimbabwe

I asked for a price for wheelbarrow on 31January 2017 at 3 45pm and am given $50 round. I ecocash the money for 6 wheelbarrows 30 minutes later, only to be told that they increased price and are now $59, 30 minute later. We speak of US$, not Zim dollars in 2006!!!
This is total dishonesty and theft, and this is a shop and company I will avoid at all costs in future.
