I have a topics account upon enquiring my balance I was informed I owed them $436.33!! Very interesting indeed because i owe them a less than half the amount.
I requested for a detailed statement of account its taking forever to get it. I need someone to explain how their accounts department can make sure a mistake

i have a similar problem. my bal was $600 and bought clothes for $120 suddenly i got a message saying i owe $1014. i have been waiting from august to get some explanation but to no avail.i have sent emails and went to my branch but i can not get help.
