To sum it up all your service is pathetic and I don't wish to engage your sevices ever again

I sent my parcel to Capetown on the 21st of December 2018 up to now it has not arrived. Yes there were holidays in between however today is 31 December!

I just got no energy to even visit your offices

Dhl is a great service provider and having used their service to receive and send goods within Zimbabwe and outside , I have come to the conclusion that they could be effective if they corrected one thing;;;; In this era of technology , we sell things online and I think it is time DHL flexed a bit and allowed pay foward on deliveries !!! Besides the strictly pay upfront rule ,you could have had my 5stars

I am still phoning your office ar 8.17 and get an answering machine to avise that the office only opens at 8.00am!!! NOT

Cannot raise you on the advertised number. Please provide alternates.

Basically the 1 star is for the fact that the parcel left and has been stuck in Harare.
Sent a parcel from uk to bulawayo
It took an impressive 4 days.
And then alas gets stuck in Harare
For goodness knows what!!!
They would not release the parcel
Its been more than 10 days
And the receiptient is slowly losing hope of ever getting their parcel
Service is appalling in Harare
Disreputing DHL worldwide
Close that office.

Its been a month and a week since my package was sent via dhl and I haven't received it. What are you allowed to send via dhl? Cause I paid alot of money to have it sent. Does your packages pass through zimra?

Small parcel from Perth To Harare. Value - $35-00. Ciontents - Educational. Costs in Zim $70-00. Wasphoned from airport that parcel had arri Told to go to Borrowdale DHL to pay.
Went to Borrowdale. No service!!! Only person that could serve me was on the computer with a customer for internet looking at how to knit teddy bears!!!!!!!!!!!! After exploding I was attended to. Ah? Had no idea what I was talking about. Showed them the number from which I had been called - yep DHL at the airport. Phoned the airport - cannot find the parcel - what is the tracking number? So I had to leave without paying, contact Australia and get the number. Have given it to Borrowdale DHL........... now I wait. Disgusting service.

I have been going back and forth trying to receive my package and no one can guarantee when i will get it. I thnk DHL is best for documents nothing more..i have been greatly inconvenienced

WORST SERVICE EVER.
I IMPORTED A $10 ITEM AND DHL WANTS ME TO PAY AN EXTRA $55 FOR DUTY AND HANDLING OVER AND ABOVE THE $89 I PAID TO DHL INTERNATIONAL. NXAAAAA!!!!!!!
