Requirements

Client consultation - offering expert advice on various visa categories, their prerequisites and the steps involved in the application journey
Documentation analysis - evaluating client documents to confirm they fulfil the required standards
Visa application support - guiding clients through the completion and timely submission of their visa applications ensuring accuracy
Customer assistance - provide support to clients for any inquiries or issues encountered during the application process
Issue resolution - proactively identifying and solving problems that emerge while applying for visas
Data management - keeping meticulous records both digital and physical to guarantee the integrity and currency of information

Salary

Between 300 and 500 USD (ZWD)
