An organisation in the motor industry is looking for a personable service advisor to act as the liaison between their customers and service technicians. The service advisor will ensure customer service by working with customers to determine their vehicle issues and problems, determining the repair timeline, and working with technicians to convey the customers' concerns with accurate repair descriptions. Mechanical experience or knowledge would be an added advantage for this role.

Requirements

Organise and schedule service work for the workshop
Sell additional services to workshop customers
Advise and inform customers about their vehicles
Advise customers of quotations for their vehicles in service
Inform customers that their problems will be resolved in time
Always be ready to provide information that is asked by customer
Check customers vehicles before and after it is repaired
Invoicing and working with job cards as well as the booking in and out of vehicles
