In this role you will be responsible for the operation and management of the organisation's 30 properties across the country. You will need to oversee the maintenance, inspections and lease reviews for all the buildings as well as any related administration.

  • General administration and maintenance of the physical properties
  • Day-to-day operations in accordance wih established Authority regulations
  • Ensure all procedures and units compliant with applicable regulations
  • Manage maintenance of the buildings
  • Manage the construction of other properties
