Question for DHL Harare, Zimbabwe

I sent a parcel to Bulawayo Zimbabwe on 06/06/17, and the recipient couldn't pay for the customs and duty as it was too much for her. I asked the parcel to be returned to the UK and have been waiting for 2 months now. It's WAYBILL ********. Can you please look into this.
