Review of Chicken Inn Msasa P/L

The food served in Chicken Inn Msasa is terrible. The food is not fresh, the chips are nearly green and their chicken is grey and usually smells. They seem to use used oil, over and over and over again. This is definitely a health hazard and needs your serious attention.
My colleagues have confirmed that they have had nasty experiences where front-line staff are rude to customers.
When comparing with other outlets, the Msasa branch seems to be a different organization all together. Other branches serve fresh clean food and are very friendly to customers. Pomona, Belgravia and Mount Pleasant (Emerald Hill) branches give the best service.
Please do something as this is very disturbing.
