Ultimate Pest Control Services (Pvt) Ltd is involved in the business of facilities management in commercial and industrial properties as well as domestic homes namely fumigation, carpet cleaning and general cleaning and landscaping. We use both methods of pest control i.e. baiting and spraying and we also do to customers specification. We have seen a tremendous growth in subsequent months since incorporation, overcoming economic, social and a host of other challenges to become a vibrant organization whose presence is easily felt in the market and which can be counted on.

Pest Control
We provide fumigation services against the following pests, either by baiting or spraying where applicable:

Common house pests on six months guarantee

Cockroaches; Rodents; House flies; Bees;
Fleas; Mosquitoes; Ants; Silver fish;
Beetles; Bed bugs; Cloth moth; Weevils;
Termite control

Post- construction termite treatment - 5 years guarantee
Pre-construction termite proofing - 12 years guarantee.

Quality Control Policy
We do pre-treatment evaluations to ensure that treatment is done using the correct method and we also do post-treatment inspection to assess if the pests have been completely eradicated. Since we use the recommended chemicals, we do not worry about a second treatment because we are guaranteed of only one treatment. Our policy is guaranteeing you a pest free environment after treatment.

Commercial / Industrial fumigation services are provided at a rate of $ 18.50 per unit and the unit being an average of 14m² or less for a number of units less than 5.
