Rates are very competitive, usually negotiated by management and guests depending on length of stay and how many people staying. eg ~

(1) the gables or cottage (sleeps two) US$30 single person or US$40 sharing

(2) the paddocks (sleeps up to four) US$40 single person US$45 for second person sharing US$50 for third and fourth sharing. So four people would pay US$50 or US$13 each approx.

(3) the wild side (sleeps up to two) US$30 single or US$40 sharing
