Auction Dates – Auction dates will be agreed upon between yourself and Onsite Auctioneers.

All these services by our team will not be charged if the auction is conducted within the Onsite Auctioneers premises. If the auction is to be conducted at any other site advertising fees will be charged on the client account. We undertake to flight at least two notices of the auction date, times, terms of participation and viewing period in the print media (newspaper).

Sale Preparation – All pre-sale preparation i.e. inventory, lot numbering, cleaning and layout etc- will be undertaken by Onsite Auctioneers
.
Commission Rate – Onsite Auctioneers will charge you a commission of 5% for vehicles and 8% general goods and equipment on gross proceeds.

VAT – It is mandatory that we charge 14.5% V.A.T on commission, however, you may claim it back if you are a registered VAT operator.

All payments will be subject to applicable taxes and statutory fees. These taxes include the Inter-mediated Money Transfer Tax (IMTT) which will be deducted accordingly on all applicable transactions.

Transport – If the assets are to be moved to Onsite Auctioneers premises for auction disposal, you will be advised of the transport charge to your account. Additionally, where vehicles are towed to Onsite Auctioneers, the towing fee will be on your account. The transport and towing fees will be deducted from gross proceeds of the sale.

Storage – We will not charge for storage provided the assets are sold through Onsite Auctioneers at the agreed time, where auction is conducted at Onsite Auctioneers premises.







Sale Conditions –Onsite Auctioneers auction sales will be conducted under the Auctioneers’ Conditions of Sale and all buyers will be required to meet Onsite Auctioneers terms and conditions of sale.
