I am writing this with all honesty and sincerity. Avoid using Fedex for Zimbabwe at all costs. Use the other alternatives. If ever you are going to receive a parcel in Zimbabwe, dont ever use Fedex. After your parcel lands in Zimbabwe, it will take them a minimum of 4 working days for your parcel to be cleared and for you to be able to collect it from them. So much for expedite shipping. This was my personal experience with them. I have used other alternatives and they were far much better than this.

Your clearance fees are very high 15 000 rtgs plus 25 usd duty in forex for what? Clearance fees are too high for a 62 usd parcel. How do you calculate your Clearance
fees.Stop stealing from your customers please

Do not use them they will bleed you dry, how do they charge duty that literally 20% off your original total. they keep your items for over a week and regardless of how many times you call to inquire they give you useless answers and requests calll tomorrow continuously they will charge you 500 + your duty for giving you your total fee! their service is terrible very disgusting DO NOT USE! very annoyed they do nothing useful, and they group your items for example if you buy clothes they will do this
hoodies charge them all for 40%
shirts chare then all for 40%
and so on their very greedy and corrupt and i hope their go out of business because this absolutely unacceptable

their service is terrible would not really recommend, when i used DHL,ordering from the same company i did, i gotta my package the day after arrived, this service is terrible my package arrived weeks ago and they keep saying “call tomorrow call tomorrow” it’s frustrating and terrible i am absolutely disgusted! their customer service and my overall experience has been horrible

Qhat is the point of going to collect it myself if I paid for it to be delivered. And it took more than a week to be delivered even though its in the same city.

FedEx is just useless, poor customer care and the quality of service is almost 0. I am still waiting for my parcel to be delivered, just stories after stories of which it's an intra-country delivery.

shipped goods from US to Zimbabwe..shipment was supposed to reach within 5 bussiness days but took a months for them to acknowledge recept then took another 15 days to calculate duty ..come to pay they wanted their clearing fees ..duty plus storage fees item works 120 ended being charged close to 200.00 in duty .and they decide they don't give receipt to show charges..

Don't use them ..a bunch of thieves their duty is 3x what you pay with Zimra .. they don't follow Fedex guidelines ..they receive your goods keep it for 10 days without notifying you and will charge storage for the ten days ..Fedex should close this location
