Our Property Development client seeks a responsible and self-motivated individual to fill the above position. You will oversee the bookkeeping and accounting for the company. Experience in a similar role will be an added advantage.

Experience	5 Years
Education Level	Degree
Qualifications	Chartered Accountant / Articled Accountant
Software	Relevant to trade
Knowledge Of	Different accounting packages / Accounting and Bookkeeping
Skills To	Write reports
Ability To	Do mathematical computations
Other Requirements	Stress Management / Time Management

Requirements

Ensure that all transactions are properly classified and recorded in the general ledger timeously
Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliation
Liaise with Operations and report on project performance (Budgets vs Actual and Profitability
Communicate with other departments, management and board
Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
Recommend improvements to the internal control system
Supervise subordinates and accounts clerk ensuring deliverables are produced on time
Ensure that all statutory payments are made timely (ZIMRA, NEC, NSSA etc.)
