A reputable company is looking for a Payroll Officer. In this role, you will oversee timely payroll processing and maintain the payroll database. The perfect candidate should hold a Diploma in Business Administration / Human Resources or similar, along with a Payroll Certification (SAGE).

Qualifications	Diploma in Payroll / Business Studies / Finance related qualification
Software	SAGE
Knowledge Of	SAGE Payroll System / Accounting Software Packages e.g. QuickBooks
Skills To	Communicate Verbally / In Written form
Ability To	Work with numbers and enter data accurately
Other Requirements	Very Good Experience in Belina Payroll System

Requirements

Prepares Leave Adjustment Journal using MS Excel / Employees Studying / New Employees / Pay Increase.
Inputs Details Of New Employees / Termination Of Exiting Employees From The Payroll System .
Checks For The Correct Code in put in Relation To The Leave Request
Updates Personal Details e.g. Change Of Banking Details/ Residential Address
Prepares Leave Taken Journal using MS Excel
Validates Leave Applications vs Payroll Leave Report
Reconciles Salary Advances
Ensure Timely Processing Of Payroll Input
