A well-known ZSE-listed client has exclusively retained us to assist in the search and selection of applicants to be considered for the Chief Executive Officer role to be based at Head Office in Harare. 

The company has an enviable reputation, operating a modern plant in its field with product manufacturing. The business has enjoyed considerable success as a market leader in manufacturing and distributing branded product ranges to the local and some export markets. It is a highly specialized, profitable, entrepreneurial, and ambitious sector. The company is exceptionally well positioned, with its local structure ready to take full advantage of the opportunities in its specialized industry. This senior role reports to a distinguished Chairman and Board of Directors.

Our client seeks an established executive, who has achieved EXCO and Directorship status in their career to date.    

The role would attract senior executive applicants with an appreciation and experience in a manufacturing/production setup whereby their products are sold in the local and external markets. It is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced business leader (35 – 50 years of age) to fundamentally impact the future shape, direction, and business performance of a client’s respected business, built up after trading successfully for many decades. 

A performance-driven individual is required with good relationships across the private and public sector authorities are needed.
