A retail company is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join them. The successful candidate will need to be hands on and have experience in Belina Multicurrency payroll and Pastel Multicurrency, all Statutory Returns including PAYE, Withholding Tax, VAT, QPD Preparation and Year End procedures including general office work and filing. Multicurrency Debtors and Creditors is essential and the ability to prepare financial statements would be an advantage. The company is successful and the role is varied and busy.

Qualifications	Accounting or Finance related
Software	MS Office / Belina / Pastel
Knowledge Of	VAT and Taxation including withholding tax is essential / Multicurrency debtors and creditors
Skills To	Perform all accounting tasks meticulously and accurately
Ability To	Communicate effectively within the organisation to ensure smooth running

Requirements

Processing all cash book receipts for payments made to the bank account and Ecocash merchant accounts
Payroll including PAYE, Salaries, processing all salary disbursements, sick and annual leave using Belina
Withholding tax payments and schedule
Reconciling Ecocash, textacash and petty cash
Compiling Financial Statements & QPDS & VAT calculations and returns for 10 companies
All accounting aspects required for loan facilities for numerous companies
Experience with inter group transactions would be an advantage
Liaising with the Group’s Operations Department and Management
Inputting supplier invoices in Pastel
Online banking and recons
